Já procurei várias soluções na internet, como deletar o source.list, seguir uma ordem de comandos, mas não obtive sucesso.Se alguém puder me ajudar a resolve-lo, fico grato.

Vá na aba Aplicativos do Ubuntu e na opção Baixar de: escolha Servidor - Brasil, se estiver selecionado outra opção.

para o erro de GPG e so instalar esse pacote;

http://ppa.launchpad.net/nilarimogard/webupd8/ubuntu/pool/main/l/launchpad-getkeys/launchpad-getkeys_0.3.2-1~webupd8~oneiric_all.deb

instale o deb e depois rode o comando no terminal;

sudo launchpad-getkeys ; sudo apt-get update

Sempre que houver problemas com chave, e so rodar esse comando novamente

Agradeço a ajuda de todos porém não consegui resolver e apelei pro modo windows de resolver as coisas. kkkkkk
Porém não testei esta última dica, se alguém tiver com o problema e quiser testar pra ver
