Portas COM para aceder a routers Cisco via Serial no Putty

Boas pessoal.

Sou novo por estas bandas e estou com um "stress" ao tentar aceder a routers cisco via putty.

No Windows temos as portas COM, que configuramos no Putty.
Pelo que tenho visto, no linux as COM, ficam com o nome de TTY.

Ao digitar o comando (dmesg | grep -i tty)

Já tentei configurar no minicom, mas também dá cannot found...

Alguma dica?
