Webcam é detectada mas não funciona no Cheeese

A saída mostra q a webcam é detectada mas o Cheese não mostra a imagem:

Você não postou  erro algum, apnas alertas do ambiente grafico.

Asghan, eu tinha esse mesmo problema, desinstalei o Cheese e instalei o Camorama.

Tota, essa é a mensagem do Cheese, vou tentar reinstalar o soft

asghan, já tive uma igual e não consegui usar no Ubuntu, só no win2 ,  naquela época um colega postou essa solução, não sei se vai funcionar, pois, é para kernel antigo, veja.
