Problema com LC_ALL

Estou tentando Rodar um Aplicativo ...mas não dá erro , o mesmo  acontece com meu cedega, e na instalação de novos pacotes tbm

no Cedega(5.1.3)

Você tem o idioma do sistema com:
LANGUAGE = "pt_BR:pt:pt_PT"
Mas só tem instaladas as linguas com UTF-8 .
Edita o arquivo:
Código: [Selecionar]
/etc/environmentColoca o .UTF-8 e reinicia o sistema.
