Bom Dia!!!
Instalei o Redmine , porém o envio de e-mail não funciona, dando a seguinte mensagem:
O envio de e-mail não está configurado, e as notificações estão inativas.
Configure seu servidor SMTP no arquivo /etc/redmine//configuration.yml e reinicie a aplicação para ativá-las.
Já coloquei o arquivo configuration.yml no devido diretório da mensagem, em outros tais como /usr/share/redmine
/var/www/redmine.
Se puder ajudar, agradeço

Que serviço vc está usando, algum interno? Ou algum externo, tipo Gmail ou outlook?

Bom foi criado um Servidor só para Redmine, não usamos e-mail corporativo que através de ssl, através da porta 465. No meu computador uso outlook e a mairia da rede o Webmail corporativo.

Fui eu que criei o servidor usando o Ubuntu 14, as outras funcionalidades do Redmine está funcionando menos o envio de e-mail

Não, nunca funcionou é a 1ª vez que implanto o Redmine, e ficou pendente esta parte de e-mail.

Você disse que usa Outlook, e um webmail corporativo. Confere?

Isso, na meu computador sim e temos e-mail que é corporativo

Acesse o webmail corporativo e anote os parâmetros de conexão (endereço do servidor, protocolo --- smtp ou imap ---, portas de conexão, se é necessário ou não usar SSL, e se é necessário ou não autenticar o envio (e nesse caso você precisa também do usuário/senha que vai fazer o envio).

Então o redline tem uma interface Web, certo? Nessa interface há como reconfigurar o serviço de envio de mensagens?

e a configuração que fiz no referido arquivo é conteúdo que passei anteriormente

As configurações do e-mail está nos itens finais em negrito.

Mas não há alguma forma de fazer essa configuração na interface web? Pq talvez esteja faltando alguma configuração que ativa o envio de mensagens, e nesse caso a interface web deveria preencher isso.

Não, já procurei, todos os tutoriais fala para editar esse arquivo que mandei e colocar nesta pasta, porém não funciona.
Já tentei colocar em vários diretórios, que me indicaram porém nada.

Então... se a mensagem fosse de que não foi possível enviar o email, eu entenderia que há algum problema no serviço, e nesse caso recomendaria que você confirmasse que consegue enviar mensagens usando esses dados, num cliente de correio como o Thunderbird.
Mas a mensagem é de que o envio não está configurado, ou seja, ou ele não está reconhecendo a configuração, ou ela está incompleta.
Nesse caso, não tem jeito: tem que voltar ao manual de instalação do sistema e rever essa configuração.

Beleza, vou procurar, já mandei mensagem no tutorial onde instalei o Redmine, porem não obtive resposta.
