Problemas ao apagar mídia de CD-ROM [Resolvido]

Olá, estou precisando de uma ajuda.
Estou com mais de 50 CD-ROMs que recebi da TIM (telecomunicações/ celular) com gravações de ligações ao serviço de atendimento ao consumidor.

Como não preciso mais delas, pensei em dar melhor uso para essas mídias.
Mas ao tentar apagar o CD com esses comandos:

No entanto, usando o Brasero, eu consigo adicionar arquivos ao CD, mas não consigo apagar o único arquivo .wav contido no mesmo.

Alguém pode me ajudar?
Pelo que entendi eu preciso forçar a quebra das permissões do sistema de arquivos dos CDs.

opa pelo que sei mídia de cdr ñ se apaga, e sim mídia de cdrw (as regraváveis)

Mas se eu consigo gravar outros arquvos, porque eu não posso apagar?
É só uma questão de permissão, ou trata-se de uma limitação física mesmo, inerente à própria midia?

Outra coisa:
tem como eu ao menos isolar esse arquivo .wav;

por exemplo: se eu usar esse CDs para gravar musica, e não quiser que esse arquivo já presente no CD execute. tem como fazer?

qdo se grava algo numa mídia assim, o programas por padrão deixam a opção de gravar mais dados (disco aberto), se o usuário ñ quiser mais gravar nada, deve assinalar a opção fechar
