O sistema de pacotes esta quebrado - Atualizações Ubuntu 12.04

Não deu certo, continua a mensagem de pacote quebrado quando tento fazer atualizações, será que devo paras de atualizar?

então digitei: sudo apt-get install -f

ai começou a instalar e apareceu isso no final:

 a tentar sobre-escrever '/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libdrm_nouveau.so.2.0.0', que também está no pacote libdrm-nouveau2:i386 2.4.39-0ubuntu1

Este deve ser seu erro. O sistema não consegue sobrescrever estes arquivos.
