Incompatibilidade

Olá pessoal,sou novo por aqui, e desde ja venho pedir ajuda de todos,o meu problema é o seguinte,comprei uma placa nova a  M2N-MX SE e um processador Athlon 4400X2,e quando vol instalar o Ubnuntu 32bits aparece esta mensagen.

[ 56.320581] ..MP-BIOS bug:8254 timer not connected to 10-APIC
[ 56.499500] Kernel panic - not syncing: 10-ACPI + timer doesn't work! boot ith apic+debug and send a report. Then try booting with the ´noapic´option

Algen poderia me ajudar a resolver isto?

pede para tentar o boot com a opção 'noapic'.
