Erro na atualização do Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

Olá pessoal

Há tempos venho tentando atualizar meu Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS para uma versão mais recente que o próprio sistema oferece.

Mas dá sempre o mesmo erro

W:An error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used. Alguém pode me ajudar? Sou iniciante no Linux

A versão que o sistema oferece pra atualizar é a Ubuntu 22.04

É recomendado remover repositórios de terceiros para esse procedimento. Desabilite os repositórios adicionais e tenta atualizar novamente
