Problema ao utilizar sudo apt update

Desculpe se não está correto o tópico.
Estou tendo problema ao digitar sudo apt update. Sou novato no ubuntu, e acabei instalando uns repositórios e mais outras coisas e bem por fim:...

Estou utilizando o zsh. Se alguem conseguir me explicar o que ouve e como resolver o problema...

desabilita este ppa    E: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntudde-dev/stable/ubuntu bionic Release' does not have a Release file.

Agregando ao que o companheiro jrkamil ja reportou, seria uma boa ideia instalar uma versao mais recente do Ubuntu a 18.04 ja e um pouco antiga embora ainda tenha suporte, se nao for obrigatorio essa versao tente a mais nova LTS do ubuntu.
