Talvez vc tenha que desinstalar primeiro o driver ndiswrapper. Faça assim, execute uma sequência de comandos mais completa, cole o resultado aqui.
sudo modprobe -rv ndiswrapper
sudo modprobe -v ath9k
dmesg | tail -20
sudo lshw -C network
iwconfig
nm-tool
rfkill list wifi
Cada um dos comandos vai passar alguma informação que vai ser usada pra entender melhor seu problema. Apenas os dois primeiros mudam alguma coisa em sua máquina, apesar de que não de forma permanente.
