[Resolvido] Confiram o meu xorg.conf: aumentar taxa de atualização para 60?

Comprei a TV 32" LCD c/ 2 HDMI e Entrada p/ PC LN32A330J1 SAMSUNG, e não estou conseguindo passar a resolução para 60 conforme pede o manual, só aparece a opção de 50. Apesar de estar podendo usar, eu gostaria de deixar conforme especificado, pois tenho receio de estar forçando a vista.


Eis o meu xorg.conf, já modificado com o que consegui encontrar na internet, uso o Ubuntu 8.04:

Acho que eu não estou conseguindo entender o manual, lá diz para a resolução 1360x768:
Resolução: 1360x768
Freqüência horizontal (kHz): 47,712
Freqüência horária em pixels (Hz): 60,015
Polaridade Sinc (MHz) 85,500 (não sei o que é isso)
Polaridade da Sincr (H/V)> +/+

Alguém pode interpretar isso e ver se devo alterar algo?

coloque a linha abaixo na seçao screen, depois de defaultdep 24, acho q resolve o problema:

Seria interessante alguém que tivesse a resolução 1360x768 com taxa de 60 em monitor LCD colocar aqui, mas deve ser bem difícil alguém ter essa resolução, acho que é só quem usa a TV como monitor como é o meu caso.

Coloquei, mas pelo menos aparentemente não mudou nada, continua sem aparecer a taxa de 60, mas tou podendo usar normalmente, mas como já disse fico com receio de estar estragando a vista.

Só que não consigo ver diferença nenhuma na qualidade da imagem, será que eu posso usar então com o NVidia habilitado a 50, mesmo que no manual diga que tem que ser 60?

instalas o pacote nvidia-settings e faz a configuraçao por ele, acho q resolve.

outra coisa, no meu caso q tenho um gf6200, quando uso o driver nvidia-glx-new, dá problemas no jogo americas army, entao tou usando o driver nvidia-glx.

Olha, agora em Sistema>Preferências>Resolução de Tela, está aparecendo 76 e 50, deixei no 76. No entanto em Sistema>Administração>NVIDIA X Server Settings, está constando o ideal, que é o 60. Portanto creio que na prática, a taxa esteja correta, e realmente está com a mesma qualidade que no Windows XP.

Muito obrigado pela dica deste pacote do NVidia, foi bom pra dar uns ajustes finos na tonalidade e outros. 

Vou considerar resolvido.
